During the procedure, Dr. Carlson will use a needle to inject JUVÉDERM into the area you want treated. A typical procedure can last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on what you want to be treated.
Some side effects include redness, tenderness, or itching. These symptoms usually subside shortly after treatment. It’s best to avoid strenuous activity or extreme sun exposure after treatment.
